Our services

We specialise in the design, supply and installation of bespoke home cinema, multi-room audio / visual systems and lighting control that are installed with hidden wires, controlled at the touch of a button and easy for the whole family to use.

Most systems are wired-in and are installed with their cables running underneath floorboards and behind walls to keep them out of sight for a minimal finish. Some systems such as retro-fit Rako control lighting can be installed completely wirelessly.

To ensure a wired-in system is integrated into your home seamlessly, it will need to be planned at the earliest stage of a project. Cabling needs to be installed during the first fix of the building so if you’re planning on getting one, we’d recommend contacting us when you’re having conversations with your architects, builders or interior designers or before you start decorating.

 

How our installation process works

Our service starts from an initial consultation and goes through to the final installation. It works like this...

 

Free consultation

Once you've made contact with us, we'll be in touch to arrange a consultation at the installation address at a time that's convenient for you. After listening to your ideas, we'll talk through the options available to you providing advice where you need it and will help you choose the most appropriate solution to meet requirements, budget and timescale.

 

Custom design

We'll then go away and will design a system for you that's completely bespoke, tailored around your requirements and any decoration you have planned. Once you've had a chance to look through it, we'll be in touch to make sure you're happy and to discuss any amendments or tweaks if necessary.

 

Confirmation & payment

We'll then book in convenient dates for the work to take place and will need a signed contract and deposit of 50% before we start any work. A cooling off period of is written into the contract so if you change your mind after you've signed, you can still get a full refund.* Assuming you do go ahead, the balance is payable upon completion of the work.

 

Integrated approach

If you have any work scheduled with architects, interior designers or builders, your dedicated project manager will be happy to liaise with the partners to ensure you get the result you're after.

 

The installation

…takes place in three stages:

• First fix – cables are installed behind the walls and underneath floorboards to serve the speakers, electrical equipment, wall panels and wall boxes.

• Second fix – speakers & wall panels are fitted; this is often done after any decoration has been finished (but doesn’t have to be)

• Completion – remaining equipment is fitted, connected and optimised and remote controls and wall panels are programmed and tested.

 

Get the most from your system

Once the installation is complete, we'll demonstrate the system to you and or your family so that you're familiar with it. After you've had time to get used to it, we're happy to pop back to make final adjustments so that you can get most from your system.

 

Peace of mind

Our installations are undertaken by fully trained staff and our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. All of our products come with manufacturers' warranties. In the unlikely event that you experience problems with your equipment when it's still under warranty, we'll organise for it's repair or replacement and if re-installation free of charge.*
