Our installation process runs from an initial consultation right through to the final installation.

Free consultation

We offer a free consultation to all of our clients. At the consultation,we'll listen to your ideas and will then talk through a few options with you that meet your requirements, timescale and budget. 

Custom design

Based on the outcome of our meeting, we'll design a system for you to meet your requirements and any work or decoration that you have planned. We'll talk through the design with you and make any changes to ensure that you're 100% happy!

Confirmation & payment

Before we can start work, we'll need a signed contract and a deposit of 50% (it may be higher depending on hardware costs) to allow us to purchase the equipment required for your project. Once we've received the necessary equipment needed to start work, we'll confirm a convenient start date. The balance is usually payable upon completion of work, although withlarger projects, payments are required in stages.

Integrated approach

If you have any work scheduled with architects, interior designers or builders, your dedicated project manager will be happy to liaise with the partners to ensure you get the result you're after.

  

The installation

…takes place in three stages:

  

  • First fix – cables are installed behind the walls and underneath floorboards to serve the speakers, electrical equipment, wall panels and wall boxes.
  • Second fix – speakers & wall panels are fitted; this is often done after any decoration has been finished (but doesn’t have to be)
  • Completion – remaining equipment is fitted, connected and optimised and remote controls and wall panels are programmed and tested.

Get the most from your system

Once the installation is complete, we'll demonstrate the system to you and or your family so that you're familiar with it. After you've had time to get used to it, we're happy to pop back to make final adjustments so that you can get most from your system.

  

Peace of mind

Our installations are undertaken by fully trained staff and our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. All of our products come with manufacturers' warranties. In the unlikely event that you experience problems with your equipment when it's still under warranty, we'll organise for it's repair or replacement and if re-installation free of charge.*
