Overview
Home theatre system, with whole house Niles ICS multi-room audio video system and Rako lighting control.
Brief
Our clients were building their own family home and wanted us to install a whole home multi-room AV system throughout the house. They also wanted a large flatscreen TV in their home theatre room and provision for a projector. Lighting control was required throughout the spacious hallway. A swimming pool outside also required audio control. They weren't living at the property while the work was taking place and so were able to complete the decoration before they moved in.

Solution
Click & Play designed a system and supplied wiring diagrams to our clients electrical contractors. Once the cabling had been installed, we fitted a 6 zone ICS audio video system in the lounge, bedrooms, master en-suite and dressing room. A 65" flatscreen TV and satellite speakers were installed in the theatre room with cabling for a projector at a later stage. All CDs were replaced by a music server with an ipod connection.
The system was designed to be as uncomplicated as possible and all AV cabling was installed by the electricians at the same time as the clients electrics. An RF antenna and distribution system were included and a digital antenna and a sky dish were discreetly installed on the outside of the house. This enabled HD video distribution throughout the building as well as an RF distribution of Sky. All source equipment was remote located beneath the stairs.
